1. Definitions
- Provider / we – SHYP DIGITAL S.R.L., operating the eSIM Shyp brand (esim-shyp.com) and reselling mobile data eSIM plans.
- Customer / you – any person who accesses the site or purchases an eSIM plan.
- eSIM – a digital SIM embedded in your phone, activated via QR code with no physical card.
- Plan – the mobile data package with a specific amount, validity, and coverage shown on the site.
- Activation code – the QR code (or manual details) sent by email, required to install the eSIM.

2. Subject of the contract
eSIM Shyp lets you buy mobile data plans as eSIMs, provided through partner operators. We intermediate access to these plans and deliver your activation code.
3. Terms of use
- You must be at least 18 and have full capacity to enter contracts.
- You are responsible for checking that your phone is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before buying.
- The activation code is personal. Do not share it publicly — an eSIM can usually be installed only once.
- You agree to use the service legally and not for activities that violate the law or others' rights.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). Non-VAT payer (Art. 310 Fiscal Code) — this is also stated on the invoice. Payment is online, in advance, via Stripe. The order becomes valid after payment confirmation, when you receive the activation code by email.
5. Delivery
Delivery is 100% digital: you receive the QR code at the email address provided, usually within minutes of payment. Full details are in the Delivery & payment policy.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
We agree to:
- deliver your activation code correctly and on time;
- provide reasonable activation support;
- protect your data according to our policies.
You agree to:
- provide accurate order details (especially email address);
- check phone compatibility;
- use the service according to these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
eSIM Shyp makes all reasonable efforts for quality service, but coverage and network speed depend on local operators and your location. We cannot guarantee 100% coverage everywhere and are not liable for:
- your phone's incompatibility with eSIM technology or carrier lock;
- network outages caused by partner operators or external conditions;
- data usage from apps running in the background on your phone.
Our liability is in any case limited to the value of the purchased plan.
8. Withdrawal, refunds, and cancellation
Conditions for getting your money back are detailed in the Refund policy. In short: an unactivated eSIM can generally be refunded; an activated one cannot.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the last update date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
10. Applicable law
Romanian law applies to these terms. For any dispute we first try to resolve it amicably through direct dialogue before any other route.
