After payment you receive a QR code by email. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM, scan the code, and follow the few steps. We also have a step-by-step guide with screenshots for iPhone and Android on the Support page.

Most phones from recent years are compatible (iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3 and newer, etc.). The simplest test: in settings look for "Add eSIM". If the option exists, you're good.

First check that data roaming is enabled for the eSIM and that it's set as your data line. If it still doesn't work, write to [email protected] — we'll reply quickly and fix it together.

Yes. At checkout you fill in billing details (including for companies), and the invoice arrives by email together with the QR code.

Apps can consume data in the background. We recommend disabling large automatic updates (backups, updates) while on eSIM so you get the most out of your gigabytes.
